Village Shalom’s annual pre-Thanksgiving dinner gave residents and their family members a lot to be thankful for. A cadre of Village Shalom staff and volunteers served over 700 pounds of turkey with all the trimmings, and nearly 50 pies, to approximately 370 guests in nine dining room areas throughout the continuing-care retirement community.
