Lora Baugher has joined Village Shalom as Director of Information Technology. In that role, she is responsible for Village Shalom’s computer systems, servers, switches, software and user rights, and IT security. She also manages all peripheral equipment such as copiers and printers.

Lora will have a major role in helping Village Shalom prepare for the changeover to electronic medical records that is required by 2014.

Lora has more than 20 years’ experience in information technology, and most recently served as director of IT for the Gardner-Edgerton School District in Edgerton, KS. Previously she was a systems engineer for the school district in DeSoto, KS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Missouri Western State College in St. Joseph, MO.
