Swimming Pool, Water Aerobics & Aquatic Exercise
The warm-water pool is kept at 90 degrees F, and its shallow depth is ideal for walking or jogging. The pool’s built-in safety features include a Hydro Lift to assist in entering and exiting the water, and handrails around the perimeter of the pool.
Personal Training, Treadmills & Weight Machines
The Wellness Center's fitness and cardio room is well-equipped with specialized machines, and our specially trained staff is always present for assistance and instruction. Personal training services are also available to help you reach your fitness goals and maintain independence. Our personal trainers specialize in post-therapy exercise programs to help members continue progress after physical therapy orders have lapsed.

Instructor-led Group Exercise Classes
Exercise and wellness classes are offered on a regular basis, including strength training and water aerobics. The Wellness Center offers the following instructor-led group exercise classes throughout the week:
- Water exercise
- Tai Chi
- Chair yoga
- Strength training
- Balance training
