A new 76-residence apartment building will more than double the size of our independent living community – bringing with it a hospitality-driven service culture, and a vibrant, active approach to living.
The hub of this enhanced community will be Main Street – a new collection of top-notch amenities to satisfy the distinguishing tastes of our next generation of residents.
We’re also strengthening our continuum of care through a new free-standing Household Model memory care community, and a revitalized boutique-style short-term rehabilitation center that will include expanded therapy space and the latest preeminent therapeutic equipment.
We intend to presell the majority of the new independent living residences prior to breaking ground in early 2018. Three programs have been developed based on various levels of interest.
The Wellspring is a program for those who wish to stay informed on project details as they emerge. As a member of The Wellspring, you will always be apprised of the latest developments.
The Waterfall is for those interested in establishing priority for the pre-sale process that will begin later this fall. Those who put down a fully refundable $1,000 expression of interest deposit will be assigned a priority number based on the order in which their deposit is received. At the time of reservation, Waterfall members will have established priority for selecting the home of their choice.
The Fountains is for those who wish to secure their residence prior to construction. Once this phase begins, small groups will be called based on priority numbers assigned during The Waterfall phase. At this time, individuals will have the opportunity to secure their actual floor plan and location with a 10% entrance fee deposit.
